i want to know about my special chance applied by me. will i be cover in this

I have not completed my B com(P) due in 2003-04.My one Exam i.e. costing & statistics is still pending. Can
there is a possibility to re appear in the exam. I dont want to get admitted in first year again.Can a special
concession is available in DU to re-appear this year.
